The Urban Hijabi ensures a smooth and fair
refund process following Islamic Sharia principles. Here's how our refund policy works for your orders,
effective for all orders placed after February 1, 2026.
Eligibility for Refunds
Approved
Returns:
- Within 72 hrs of delivery.
- Product must be unused, in its original
packaging, with tags intact.
- Report damage/issues, defects with photos as
proof.
- A parcel opening video is highly
recommended.
For Indian customers, ₹99
courier fee per returned item deducted.
Refund Process
- Within 5-7 days or more: QC team inspects, return product if approved.
- Customers send SMS or email.
- Refunds taken days: Refunds within 48 Hift hrs.
- Prepaid Orders: Bank account credit/debit card, UPI.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD): Bank transfer or store credit after collecting bank
account or UPI details.
Exceptions
Non-Refundable Items:
- Customized products, intimate apparel, or items marked as items.
- Refund fee per product item.
Rejected Returns:
- Items not meeting the return criteria will get back to customer.
Key Notes
- Be honest when making claims. (Islamic Sharia Alignment)
- A courier fee deduction of ₹99 per item.
- Refunds processed within 48 Hift hrs.
